A pochi passi dallo storico precursore Wag, il negozio in via De Amicis anno domini 1990, ha aperto (dal 21 ottobre) Sickside , gestito da Flycat , noto streetartist milanese. Lo stile divulgato è quello della “West Coast”, un corollario di suburbanizzati che si vestono come un Cholos, si muovono con Lowriders e fraternizzano con Gang Bangers. Se vi sfugge qualcosa potete fare un salto nel “lato malato”.

Artist Shepard Fairey, who created the infamous President Obama Hope poster, is teaming up with Levi’s. The artist has been commissioned, in conjunction with his clothing line, Obey clothing, to create limited edition jeans as well as graphic posters for Levi’s. The collection will feature distressing and other details inspired by Fairey’s own collection of Levi’s. The Obey and Levi’s capsule collection will be launched today, October 29th.

To mark the impending drop of the Obey x Levi’s collection, Shepard Fairey will be on hand tonight Thursday, October 29th at the Levi’s Times Square store to do a live installation.
